~ Each Breath ~

Just beyond my tomorrows, a distant sunset away
Where peace softly mingles with beauty
Sweet tranquility so gently plays

Dreams touch the twilight, dancing on the wind
Love spoken silently cast’ no shadow
While the sun slowly descends

Night embraces the moon; stars begin to sing
My prayers reach for the heavens
Carried on an angels’ wings

Dawn slowly emerges as light kisses the sky
Searching for her reflection
I find it within my eyes

She’s every dream, every moment awake
Every beat of this heart
Each breath I take
