~ A Flowering Friendship ~

A flower is like our friendship
Unfurling its petals as it grows
This friendship is starting to bud
Taking us to another plateau.

Our friendship is continually growing
And a love we willingly show
A look into each other's hearts
And we instinctively know.

That forever we will be friends
Two roses entwined as one
Growing together and yet individually
This friendship can't be undone.
