~ Following Jesus ~

I made up my mind
That I'm going to heaven
And no one can turn me around
I'm traveling with Jesus
and upward and onward
to that bright city I'm bound



Some folks say the road
is rough and is long
But don't you believe that it's so
The road gets smoother and straighter and shorter
As onward toward heaven I go



I started with Jesus
a long time ago
Each day His blessings still flow
I'm still singing His praises
And rejoicing each moment
As onward toward heaven I go
