Friends are like sunbeams
Sharing our joy, laughter and fears
Friends are like pleasant dreams
Holding our hand through sadness and tears.

Friends help to make us happy
Keeping our thoughts, bright as the spring
Sharing a smile, not a frown
Friends are sunbeams, happiness they bring.

God sends friends and sunbeams from above
Filling our hearts with so much love
Having dear friends, we are never alone
The love they give is free, never a loan.

Friends, like sunbeams, glow in our heart
Never to be forgotten, when we are apart
Friendship is like a precious gold chain
Love for them will always remain.

You, my friend, are like a sunbeam in my life
