~ Friendships That Endure ~

Somewhere along the way,
As we walked down
Life’s pathway,
We have had the privilege
Of meeting those who
Were so special, they live
In our hearts forever.

We may not speak for days,
Months or even years,
But they remain faithful always,
because theirs
Is a friendship that endures.

How blessed I am
To have such a friend as you;
May God’s love encompass
and keep you,
and His favor on you
be everlasting.
