~ Friendship To Feed ~
A friendship is like a delicate rose
That needs to be nurtured and fed
We must water it and feed it too
So it will blossom with petals of red.
Our friendship is like this delicate rose
It must be fed and nurtured too
It needs to be watered with gentleness
And fed with love, so it can blossom true.
We have to baby it with tenderness
And treat it with all of our respect
We must keep the coals a burning
So the fire will never ever go out.
I will promise this to you this day
I will try to the best of my ability
To always be here when you call
So on my friendship you can feed.
