I have a little something
That made my heart so glad
Just to know who'll receive it
When they finally meet mom and dad
I want to tell you too
Just how much fun I had
As I went about selecting
A gift for 'baby' you're expecting
This little person "a baby"
Makes our house a home
That's their gift to us
Such joy we've never known
A baby is a gift
One you can always enjoy
It make's no difference at all
