The Gift From God ~
God gave me a gift
Which is for others all along
A gift of love called kindness
To give someone His hope
I have the gift of feelings that I can impart
God saw to it I have, His everlasting life
To know the beauty of His smile
To share His ever loving light
I have a gift from God, this I now can see
To practice all good things, that I want to be
A gift to care for others, if they are sad and
cry
To look into the heavens, to find a precious
butterfly
The gift I have from God, is to give away my all
To breathe on pretty flowers, their beauty to
grow tall
To listen to the song of sweet little birds
Appreciate the color, all over God's green earth
A special gift of being, just the who I am
Living life to the full, the best that I can
Praying to God, believing, all He knows is for
good
Then when it's time to go, to His kingdom way up
high
I will know my greatest gift to give, always was
His love
My heart will freely fly with you, at home
within His sky.
