On this Valentines day
You were on my mind,
And as I wandered in the garden
What treasure should I find.
There blossomed such a rose
With fragrance so divine,
I had to pick it just for you
To send with all my love
Oh special friend of mine.
Just hold it's sweetness very close
Quite near your tender heart,
In memory of our friendship
As we walk its golden path.
