~ My Greatest Thank You ~

Thank you Father for the sunshine after rain
Thank You for joy after pain
Thank you for the birds that sing
For the pleasant melody, To my ears it brings.

Thank You for the flowers that bloom
In the beauty of spring
Bringing a promise, that summer is coming soon.

Thank You for the gift of life
The time on earth to me You have given
Thank You for the promise of eternal life
That awaits me when I reach Heaven.

But my greatest thank You Father
Is for Jesus my Savior, Your precious Son
Who on a cross, victory for me, He won.
The price for my sin there, He paid
My way to Thee was provided
When He cried, IT IS DONE.
