~ The Happiness Inside ~

We cannot always be happy
But we will always find a way
To brighten up our little world
And make it through another day

Rose Gardens are what we enjoy
But many thorns can enter in
Depending how we look at these
Will determine if we win

Sunshine is always brighter
Than a cloudy sky that's wide
What matters most is in our heart
It is the happiness inside

Don't judge tomorrow by its cover
Even though you think it will be bad
Let God know all your desires
And with faith, make your heart glad

You may not get what you're asking for
As God knows all the things you need
His plan is better in the long run
So allow Him to take the lead

A smooth path is on the horizon
So let God be your guide
What matters most is in our heart
It is the happiness inside
