I wish that you were here
It's Father's Day and I miss you

You now reside in Heaven above
But your presence I always feel

You know I've been sad far too long
I try to smile when I think of you
I'm struggling hard to be strong
I'm sorry for feeling so blue.

But even though you can't be by my side
You'll always be in my heart
A part of it is reserved for you
