We have so much that we can share
In our land so good and fair
Happy memories of our past
Special people who have cared

I want to honor that good memory
Of Johnny Appleseed today
Who left a Godly heritage
Every step along His way

One of the many blessed folk
Who gave our country love and light
I thank God for our heritage
All He gives for our delight
