The world is in a mighty rush
But it's going nowhere
People can't slow down a bit
Not even to say a prayer

Time is running out
They all seem to convey
Better hurry up and live
You may never have another day

Pressure is on, the time has come
For someone to take a stand
Say it's enough , let's slow down
Live like the Master planned

He wants us all to lean on Him
Let Him carry us through
So slow down now and listen
He wants to talk to you!

Hurrying along our every day
Will only stress us out
Let us hear what He has to say
For "HE" is what it's all about
