~ Hold Me In Your Hand ~
Hold me in your hand
Never let me be
I am always part of you
You are always part of me
Hold me so very close
Until day turns into night
Let us stay together
Watch the stars until twilight
I feel your presence in the rain
I hear your laughter in the sun
I hold an angel's tear
When my day is done
I will never let you go
To the end of life's long road
I hold within my hand
A precious part of life
That carries me I know
A grain of sand, a piece of earth
A blade of grass, a rainbow that I pass
All of this
In my hand I always hold
Because tomorrow, now I know
I could never let you go.
