Lord I'm needing to feel
The touch that comes from you
A special hug from heaven
I'm sure that would do
The world is not my home
I get lonesome while I'm here
So send me a hug from heaven
So I can feel you near
I have many loved ones
And they give hugs to me
But deep in this soul of mine
I need a hug from Thee
So please just send me a hug
My loving Father God
