~ In The Sunset ~

I can see the sunset and the ocean blue
I can feel my heart breaking while I wait for you
The breeze caresses my face, the air smells so sweet
In my heart and forever, I want you to keep.

You have never seen my eyes, I have never seen yours
We have never kissed with our lips,
Yet with our souls we must touch our hearts
There is no need for speech.

You are coming across the sea
To meet me in the sunset
I can feel you are near
I will hold you in my arms
I can see the ship come in
As day begins the night
You are running to me as I knew you would
We are happy in the fading light.
