See You With My Heart
Folks can sometimes look quite
baffled
And ask us what we mean
When we tell them
That a cyber friend so far away
is a touch of heaven...
As we reply, well, they love you
of a truth,
though unseen,
without knowing appearance,
house, car, possessions,
just accept you as you are
Unconditionally able to believe
your heart
and see you with loving eyes,
as they gaze into the same sky,
knowing we are there
too, looking at the same stars
connecting heart to heart
♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
Wanting to be a friend, day
after day
like as if it's a dream,
but you wake up and it's true,
they are still there on the
screen,
sweetly steadfast..Oh yes,
we hear of the sad stories of
how it doesn't work sometimes,
but mostly
we know of friendships forged,
strong as can be
kept, enjoyed and smiled about,
and delighted in, just like you
and me.

For I know it of a surety, God
brought to my life
a beautiful friend,
near and dear eternally
to connect and care-
Our hearts know and believe
we are forever friends, as close
as friends can ever be
