I've been given a special gift
One only God can give
It's often called a bundle from heaven
But my baby girl is what it is
How long we've waited
To catch a glimpse of you
Now here you are in my arms
Your sweet little face in full view
That cute little turned up nose
And the bluest eyes in the world
They could only belong
To my beautiful baby girl
We are so proud of you
And we give our thanks to God
Because you are so healthy
We asked for that, He never forgot!
You have made our home complete
Tho' a cry now and then I hear
That's sweet as a song to me
