~ It's Time For Valentine Tea ~

I've been thinking of you
so much, especially on this day-
How you may be needing
a tender little touch...
So I dreamed of how I could
pick you
a fresh bowl of strawberries
and a pretty bouquet of
fragrant roses,
just because on this special day
I want you to feel
loved.

I will brew the kettle and
make us both a cuppa..
and we will sit and sip
and just be together
you and I-
with few words, or many,
it will matter not
for we will just be....
with something delicious, roses
and friendship
and a very delightful, hot
cup of tea.
