~ Jesus Heals ~

There are some things in life
that only God can do
Like heal a broken heart
that's been broken into two

There are no words to mend it
nothing that can be said
Unless it comes from Jesus
by Him, Spirit led

We weep and nearly drown in tears
trying to make it mend
But only end up hurting more
than when it first begins

I've been going through this kind of trial
and I can hardly take it now
So I ask you "PLEASE" sweet Jesus
would You fix it up somehow?

I'll give You praise and glory
and lift up your Holy Name
If you will just deliver me
from all the crippling pain!

I have read you are the great physician
all manner of sickness You have healed
My heart is now so broken
It's made me very ill

I'll thank you now sweet Jesus
Because I trust You will
You promised to go with us
And every need to fill!
