Jesus Is Calling

Softly and tenderly
My Jesus is calling
His voice cries softly to me
On my ears gently falling.

He tells me that He loves me
And I never have to walk alone
He promises to stand by me
Until the day He calls me home.

He is with me in my troubles
And also in my trials
He will be with me in the good times
And even when I smile.

He promises to watch over me
As I sleep at night
And when I am scared and lonely
He will always hold me tight.

Oh the love I feel for Jesus
Burns deep inside my heart
I am glad that I am saved
In my life, He is the biggest part.
