~ Just One ~
Just one is all I need for now
Who understands the inner me
One of a lovely spirit
My very essence see
One who always, is just there
And of a gentle heart
Never in a ponder
How to paint the day with art
One, who laughs with wisdom
Of tomorrow's unknown fears
While walking on together
In life's tender tears
One who glows infectious joy
From an inner light
To comprehend the beauty
From walking in the night
One, just one is all I ask
One, I have come to know
The sweetest one of all
Came close, now I am not alone
I miss you everywhere I go
Once in a vision I came upon some woods
And I stood at a fork in the road
My choices were clear and I froze with the fear
Of not knowing which way to go
One road was simple acceptance of life
The other offered sweet peace
When I made my decision to walk on there
The vision became my release
