~ Let Me Walk Close To Him ~

I am determined, I've made up my mind
I'm going to live like my Lord
Walk so close to Him and listen
And completely obey His word

I truly want to be a Christian
And Christ like is what that means
I'm going to walk so close to Him
It's not as impossible as it seems

You see He made it easy
With His Great book full of directions
If I read them all, obey them
It will keep leading me to perfection

So I'll keep striving to be more like Him
In every word and deed I do
Stay vigilant, and pray without ceasing
Hearing Him say, Child I'll help you thru
