Little hearts so full of love
eyes set upon the world
tiny beings reaching out
embracing every fool

Inspirations to our souls
so brave in paths of life
they set aside all worries
dwell not on daily strife

Blooming in their early years
by teaching friend and foe
grudges bring more heartache
so best to let things go

When illness leaves us weary
uncertainties arise
children bring hope 'n sunshine
with laughter in their eyes

To find true inspiration
just look within a child
feel the warmth embrace you
it comes forth in their smile
