Live As If You'll Die Today

In the blink of an eye
someone can be taken.
leaving you alone,
torn, and shaken.
Live each day
as if it could be your last.
Look toward the future
And not the past.
Fill your heart with
wonderful things.
Listen to music
And let your heart sing.
Tell those close to you
how much you care.
Tell them every day
Open your heart and share.
No one knows
When that time might come
So say "I love you"
Before you're taken home.
