Go forth and teach the gospel
Until everyone has heard
The truth of the blessed Savior
As written in God's word

How Jesus Christ was born,
Lived, died, arose and then,
Ascended back up to heaven
With a promise to return again

Teach how His blood was shed
To cleanse mankind from sin
On the cruel cross, He was thinking of all
Give thanks and glorify Him

Help the poor and the needy
Give blessed hope to them
Feed the hungry and heal the sick
Go now and be led by Him

When the gospel of the kingdom
Has been preached through all the land
Spreading the light of Salvation
Then Jesus will come again
