~ Mother Nature ~

Mother Nature gave everything a drink last night
As the rain came pouring down
The early morning showed her magic
Droplets like gems caressed the ground.

Everything glistened in the sunlight
It looked like fantasy land
Mother Nature waved her magic wand
And last night she gave the command.

The wind came first and then the thunder
Flashes of lightning and then the rain
The storm went on throughout the night
Mother Nature you can't explain.

But she knows just what the earth really needs
What will nourish it and keep it strong
So life can continue on this planet
Mother Nature has a beautiful song.

It's a song she will allow you to hear
If you're quiet and make yourself aware
You'll hear Mother Nature whisper her words
Her intentions she will declare.
