~ My Child Forgiven ~

I haven't heard from you at all today,
Not one single time have you bent to pray.
You're feeling unworthy, so sad and so blue,
"My Child" Your Father is not ashamed of you...

The rest of the world, may seem far far away,
But I assure you My Child, I'm here to stay.
Many times, you have strayed far from my side,
But I have given you Angels as your guide.

To help you find your way back to me,
No matter how dark it may seem to be.
You may stumble at times, and lose your way,
And feel that you're not worthy of forgiveness this day.

"My Child", you've never been so far from wrong,
I love you now, and have loved you all along.
The day you were saved and crying out for me,
Was the day I washed away your sins and set you free.

Do you remember the joy you felt inside,
How your face glowed, and you were so full of pride ?
How you felt an inner peace you never knew,
"My Child" it was all because I had forgiven you!!

You are now pure and white as snow,
And I hope our friendship will continue to grow.
The Blood of the Lamb, has cleansed you from sin,
And Jesus would die for you all over again!!

What an Awesome God We Serve, Amen !!
