I sit and listen to the
words
Of my favorite Christian
songs
They tell me about peace
of mind
And how we should get
along.
They tell me of an awesome
place
Where there will be no
more pain
We will live there for all
eternity
With loved ones and dear
friends.
They tell me of a great
glorious man
Who died on the cross for
all of our sins
And all we have to do for
eternal peace
Is open the doors of our
hearts to him.
Yes I love to sit and
listen to the words
And sometimes I will join
right in
And even though I might
sing off key
I know my voice is
pleasing to Him.
