My little house is home, you see
My friends all know where I live
What a blessing they are to me
And so much love they give.
I enjoy living in my small house
My fireplace is cozy and warm
All my friends watch out for me
Keeping me safe from harm.
Friends gather at my little house
We sew and quilt and bake
And write get well cards to send
Oh yes, and many socks we mend.
Friends are coming to my little house
I must stop and put the kettle on
To make a big pot of tea
So they can share a cup with me.
