When things for you start looking down
And you're feeling there's no hope around
It's time to look ahead and see
Off in the distance, you will be free.

Turn your eyes to what's ahead
Move up the path, go where you're led
You know it will get better in time
Know in the future, all will be fine.

Each step you take brings you away
From things that brought you down today
The path ahead has to be much brighter
As your problems become so much lighter.

Each step you take into the future
Your troubles behind become much looser
You're one step closer to becoming free
With your loved ones is where you want to be.
