~ Our Health Retreat ~
Sometimes I guess, we may not realize
How important is the love 'tween you and me
Especially now they've scientifically discovered
How much friendship is a treat
When all the little things we give
To each other all along the way
Heal our heart and make us well
By all we do and say
So let's call ourselves the 'health retreat'
And stay here for all time
To enjoy the wondrous benefits
Of this friendship-yours and mine
For all the thoughts and prayers we share
Are vital to our soul
To help us know the beauty
That will keep our spirit's whole
In all God has given us, to only give away
His loving nutrients just overflow
Giving and receiving heavenly love
Is the purest good to know
