~ Pains of Life ~

In life, there are pains,
feelings not understood...
wondering "why?'
and questions like "should?"

In life, there is grief,
to remind us of love...
In life, there is hurt,
 to remind us we are human...

In life there is loss,
to remind us of gain...
In life there is sorrow,
to remind us of joy...

In life there is failure,
to remind us of success...
In life, there are pains and now,
you can see...
without all of these...

Where would the good be?
