~ Paradise ~

"Today you are with Me in Paradise",
He said as He hung in pain,
Upon the Cross where He died,
To save us all from our sins, none remain.

"Today you are with Me in Paradise",
What comforting words these are,
To know our lives extend beyond earth,
To heaven up there in the stars.

"Today you will be with Me in Paradise",
He said as He died that day,
What wonderful words to know Paradise exists,
And you'll be with Him there too someday.
