~ Pebble In My Shoe ~

There is a pebble in my shoe
To remind me of all that I've been through
To never forget how I've been blessed
To ease my mind and help me to rest.

To never doubt His plans for me
He'll let me know what I should see
He'll direct my course, the path to take
Light my way, ease the heartbreaks.

This pebble I've placed in my shoe
My life it's helped me to review
Each step I take is done with pain
But wisdom and insight is what I've gained.

A pebble in your shoe will help you to see
Once this is done I know you'll agree
It will constantly remind you, the errors of your ways
And help you to see a bright new day.
