~ Roads ~

I have traveled many roads,
Some crooked and some straight.
Sometimes I've arrived too early,
And sometimes very late!

But now the road I'm traveling,
I can feel so very strong.
It has to be the right one,
I know it isn't wrong.


The Lord has brought me to your door
As a Christian and a friend,
To help Him ease your burden,
To help you trust in Him again.

I can't see clearly, easily
All that my job's to be,
But I am here to help you stand,
You can lean on me!

The way has not been easy
That has brought me here to you.
But I will stay as needed
For what we may go thru!



Because we choose to serve Him,
Because we stand strong and true
He has bound our friendship
Together, me and you!

May He give me patience
Give to you endurance to understand.
Together our friendship can make it
Forever...till time may end!
