Rolling Waves ~
Rolling waves come gently to the coastland
And cover the beach of lovely sand
The rolling waves are peaceful to hear
As they splash against the rocks so near.
Rolling waves keep coming endlessly
Until they move up onto the shore
Then softly roll back into the sea
And they are still once more.
Where rolling waves start is a mystery
They continue rolling in from the sea
God knows the secret, you see
And He is not telling you and me.
