~ Running For My Life ~

I am running for my life
Don't have time to wait around
The enemy tries to stop me
But I am heaven bound

There are many road blocks
He has placed along my way
But God goes before me
Guiding my night and day

I can not be defeated
In my race for heaven's shore
If I keep serving Jesus
And the enemy ignore

God has all the power
And I know that I will win
If I stay repented
And removed from all my sin

So as I am running on
In Jesus' holy name
I'll keep my eyes on Him
And eternal life I'll gain
