In your eyes I see a care
In your eyes so much to share,
In your eyes I see such love
In your eyes there is enough.

There are many shades of eyes
The dark, the hazel, green and blue,
The cheeky, flashing bright
Or of a sweet and sparkling hue.

In your eyes I see a truth
In your eyes a gratitude,
In your eyes a quiet peace
In your eyes hides something cute.

For you are one who knows to love
God shows you how to see,
Look with all you are

Where would I be? And what would I do?
If you never met me, & I never met you,
who would I laugh with, & cry till the end?
What would I do, without my Best friend?

There's lots of things
With which I'm blessed,
Both the Sunny and the Blue,
But of all my blessings,
This one's the best:
To have a friend like you.
And I can think
Of nothing else
That I could more wisely do,
Than know a friend,
And be a friend,
And love a friend... like you.
