Sky, so soft, above my head,
how I wish you could be my bed.
With clouds for cover, and stars for light,
I would sleep so good at night!
You'd wash away these cares of mine,
I'd drift right off to dreams sublime,
and travel thru the night so sweet,
until morning sunlight kissed my cheek.
Then I would to this earth descend,
and walk my path until day's end,
When evening shadows called my name,
I'd climb back up, and sleep again.
