~ Sunday Will Come ~
Day was dark with
storm filled skies,
with heavy heart,
tears filled my
eyes.
I could not fight
the empty gloom
alone I hid up in my
room.
Why did I have this
heavy load,
did I truly choose
to walk this road?
If I have angels,
where are they now,
I would that they
would lift my bow.
But as the ground
around me shakes
I feel a peace and
my soul awakes.
I feel such love
surround me there
'tis then I know my
Savior’s near.
And as the Friday
meets it’s end
I feel such hope
return again,
for though the day
may darkened be
Sunday will come,
for you and me.

'No matter how dark
our Friday, Sunday
will come.
The Resurrection
transformed the
lives of those who
witnessed it. Should
it not transform
ours? We will all
rise from the grave.
On that day we will
know the love
of our Heavenly
Father and will
rejoice that the
Messiah
overcame all, that
we could live
forever.'
