~ A Teddy Bear For Christmas ~
There was a little Teddy Bear
Sitting by himself, so sad
His stitches almost popped
He wanted to be bought so bad
Santa put this little Teddy Bear
Which a child would love today
On his sled with all the gifts
Then with a Ho-ho-ho to say
Santa went on his way
He flew the reindeer
Through-out the world and time
Looking for the home
Of a special child
Santa had on his mind
Over the trees, up the mountains
Through snow and sleet he went
Down the chimney of each family
Santa Claus slipped
He then came to the last house
What a treat he found
This was a house of love
You could feel it all around
He took the little Teddy Bear
And put it under the tree
A little boy came out of hiding
He said "Santa Claus, is this for me"
The little boy crept back to bed
With some milk and cookies too
Under his arm was the little Teddy Bear
He was happy at Christmas, just like you.
