~ Teddy Bear Love ~
The rocking chair sits in the corner,
a teddy bear surveys the room.
His cuddly plump little arms, legs and body,
breaks through the gloom.
He's been with me for a while,
a surety of love and hugs.
In times of stress and crying spells,
I would give him a great big bunnyhug.
He eases the discontent that life brings,
my teddy bear is always there for me.
He watches, oh so gently quiet,
waiting to be noticed by me, you see.
My teddy bear is so precious and dear,
a constant presence when I plead.
Yet I know that Jesus is always there,
holding, comforting me when I'm in need.
