~ Tenderness ~
There is a soft tenderness to keep
a gentleness to know
a sweetness of the heart
where we can feel at home

Our Lord Jesus promised us
and He saw it through...He persevered until
He gave, all His tender heart
to fill us and He means it still



We share that gentleness we feel
It is ours to ever hold
and cherish, and then to gladly give away
to touch one another
to delight each other's soul

For our wholeness, to feel a tenderness
Ah, it is such a gift, to give
Sweetness to bless another's heart
How precious to share with you
all of His most glorious love
beaming from the vaults of heaven above
