~ Thanksgiving Love ~

This Thanksgiving day,
Let me give you love
Though you are far away
I still love you truly
On this very special day

On this Thanksgiving, love
I will say a prayer
You are always in my heart
As I dream, food from my table
Together we will share

I feel you near to me
And never will we part
So on Thanksgiving day
In my soul, I give my heart

When in the sunshine
Or whenever it may rain
Somewhere in time I hold you
My life will never be the same

Let me love you this Thanksgiving day
I am forever thankful,
To have the love of my life
At least, within my spirit,
I can smile, knowing you my love,
Are here in my heart tonight
