~ The Brightest Light ~

Caught up in my dreams last night
I saw the brightest light,
It was beaming down from heaven
Lighting up the night.

It wasn't just like any other
These mortal eyes behold,
But with it came much power
It seemed to shine like gold.

I soon realized it was coming
Down from the throne,
The one I know belongs to God
And only He, sits on.

I felt so humbled as I looked
I had to kneel in prayer,
I began to sing and worship Him
As I felt how much He cared.
