~ The Race ~
Only one will win a race
But you have to run to win
You must put your best foot forward
For the race is won, before it begins
But only because someone
Determined in their mind
I will run with fury
I will not be left behind
Life is like that race you know
It takes a made up mind
So do the best at all you do
You'll never be left behind
No one ever won a thing
By wishing, 'that was me'
It takes the strength of character'
If it really is to be!
