Today is bright with sunshine
as though it were your smile
I feel so warm and fuzzy
reflect there for awhile

On this day I relish
days of yesteryear
Gone but not forgotten
by holding memories near

 
I miss you more than ever
holding back the tears
You are a gem, my daughter
close throughout the years

To always be my best friend
my love shall never die
Heart and soul of treasures
always brings a smile
