A New Year will soon begin
The old one we will ring out
But no matter the years go by
I'll be your friend without a doubt.
We may turn another year older ya' know
And a few more pounds we could gain
But being one of your pals and friend
Is one thing that will never cause pain.
Sometimes I feel honored and blessed
To have met someone as caring as you
You always know the right thing to say
When my world seems so cold and blue.
So here is a toast to all of my friends
And a promise I will make to each of you
I will always be an e-mail away you see
To cheer you up when you' re feeling blue.
